Uploading Invoices and Documents

You can add documents to Svenry in three ways:

  1. Manual Upload: Drag and drop files directly into the Upload Center.

  2. Email Forwarding: Send documents to your unique Svenry email: [YourOrg]@svenry.com.

  3. Cloud Sync: Connect folders from Google Drive or Dropbox.

Supported Formats & Limits

To ensure high extraction accuracy, please follow these guidelines:

  • File Types: .pdf, .jpeg, .png, .tiff

  • Max File Size: [Insert Size, e.g., 25MB] per document.

  • Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI recommended for scanned paper.

Correcting Document Data Fields

If the AI flags a field (highlighted in orange), you can manually override it:

  1. Click the Review button next to the document.

  2. Select the incorrect field (e.g., "Total Amount").

  3. Type the correct value and hit Confirm. Svenry learns from these corrections to improve future accuracy.
