Connecting to ERP Systems

Svenry syncs your validated data directly into your accounting software.

  1. Navigate to Settings > Integrations.

  2. Select your provider (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero).

  3. Click Authorize and follow the Oauth prompt.

  4. Map your Fields: Choose which Svenry fields (Date, Vendor, Amount) match your ERP fields.

API Access & Configuration

For custom workflows, use our REST API.

  • Base URL: https://api.svenry.com/v1/

  • Authentication: Generate an API Key in the Developer tab.

  • Rate Limits: [Insert Limit, e.g., 100 requests/min].

Where you need to add specific information:

  • Organization Email: Provide the specific domain users should whitelist for email uploads.

  • File Limits: Define the exact megabyte/page limit for uploads.

  • ERP List: List exactly which ERPs you currently support via native integration vs. Zapier/API.

  • Support Hours: Add your support team's availability (e.g., 24/7 or Mon-Fri 9-5).
